A life coach guides clients to discover who they are on a deeper level, live a more fulfilled life and achieve the dreams and goals they envision.

They will help you release self-limiting beliefs and negative thought processes to allow peace of mind and real happiness. They will support you in decision making and taking action through the tools and learning provided. A life coach is a wonderful support system that will help you create the life you deserve.

Differences between a Life Coach and Spiritual Life Coach?

A Spiritual Life Coach uses similar teaching techniques and tools as a Life Coach in addition to exploring deeper connections to the Universe and the energies that flow within.

They guide you to uncovering and claiming your purpose and your own very unique gifts through intuition and deep soul searching. A Spiritual Life Coach will support you in finding greater alignment, clarity and truth. They will work on shifting the negative mindset or imposter syndrome that holds you back into a growth mindset.

Spiritual Life Coaches will support you in awakening your Truest Potential and transforming your life through connection to your own inner guidance.

At Country Souls, you can expect a sacred space that is safe, supportive and without judgement based on both trust and privacy.

Our time together will support you in rediscovering your authentic self, healing as you release thoughts and beliefs that have been programmed on a deep level and encouraging you to spread your wings and embrace a fulfilled and purposeful life.

You will shift the mountains created along your journey to molehills and release energetic roadblocks in the Four Bodies - Physical, Emotional, Mental & Spiritual.

Perhaps most importantly, you will rediscover the gifted, flourishing woman you were always meant to be.

What can I expect at Country Souls?

I have based my 8-week signature program Mountains to Molehills on weekly sessions with additional email/messenger check ins and engaging studies.

Every transformation is unique. Fully embracing the process, building trust in the coach/client relationship, desiring this change on a soulful and cellular level and peeling away the deepest layers for healing all contribute to achieving a more joyful, purposeful existence.

You will have the tools to embrace and surrender to life's lessons and adventures knowing you can shift those mountains to molehills while you reach another wondrous stage of your evolution.

If you want to continue beyond the 8-week program, we can discuss extending weekly or monthly sessions to support you staying on track. You will continue building the connection to your own inner strength and guidance, unleashing your inner warrior and building a solid foundation for success and fulfillment.

Will there be homework?

Is it worth the investment?

I love this question. My program does include a workbook with various applications including thought provoking and often soul searching assignments, meditation suggestions, breathing exercises and other tools to ponder and utilize in your daily life. I have found these generally encourage greater growth and success.

I believe that while we work together on your visions, goals and healing transformation in our weekly sessions, the additional support offered through the workbook allows you to practice and implement what you have learned for consistent growth and continuity of the progress you have felt during a session.

*Please note, if homework does not work best for you as an application for achieving consistent growth, we will come up with a more suitable plan ensuring you get the most out of our time together.

Is it worth the investment?

This is the question you must consider... Are YOU worth the investment? Is living a life full of purpose, joy and fulfillment worth the investment? Is healing and setting free limiting beliefs that have held you back from achieving your greatest dreams and wildest adventures worth the investment? Are you ready to embrace what you have always known?

I have considered this question many times in my life and I can tell you this... yes!!! It was 100% worth the investment for me. I have wonderful mentors, healers and coaches who I have used in the past and still do when I recognize the need for additional support. I have experienced been stuck and held back by negative thought patterns, limiting beliefs and crippling fear. We are human and we were not meant to do it alone.

Without a doubt, every investment I made in myself has resulted in where I am today in my life, my practice and my spiritual path. You are definitely worth the time and investment!!

Can it be done online or in person?

I am interested but I am skeptical...

Either of these options is available in my coaching practice. I do have a sacred space in a very cozy, private area of my home in addition to a wonderful outdoor space.

I also offer distance sessions online through Zoom or Facebook.

Good! If you have ever read the book "The Fifth Agreement", it states "be skeptical, but learn to listen".

My interpretation is that having a healthy dose of skepticism ensures you do not take things at face value. Listening, considering and using your intuition when making a decision allows you to determine whether something feels truthful and reasonable.

Why do I feel nervous or doubtful?

We have all felt doubt and discomfort at times in our life, especially when change and growth is on the horizon.

Honestly, I still do... the difference is that now, I have the tools to embrace and surrender to this discomfort. I also know that when I am willing to get uncomfortable, growth and the next stage of my evolution is on the other side of that discomfort.

I am able to run toward what scares me rather than away from it. This have proven to be the one of the greatest gifts on my journey.
